AC full package units are similar in appearance to the (DC) series however they offer mechanical cooling and are specifically suited to either well water or geothermal ground loops. Active cooling is required for a geothermal groundloop application due to the high loop fluid temperatures which may be encountered during summer operation. Can provide more cooling than (DC) style units. The desuperheater coil is a standard option. Domestic hot water is available in both heating and cooling mode.
